We are looking for Inside Sales Specialists, who will play a fundamental role in building a sales pipeline and strategic relationships, as well as identifying key new partnerships within the California marketplace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling, prospecting, and building relationships that will increase account penetration, revenue growth, and customer.
Inside Sales Specialist Responsibilities:
- Identifying new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest
- Prospecting new customers through lead generation, follow-up, and cold calling.
- Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue.
- Closing sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Monitoring revenue streams and identifying opportunities to increase profitability.
- Developing client relationships and strengthening industry partnerships.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects within the assigned territory
- Documenting all pertinent customer information and conversations into the company’s CRM system
Inside Sales Specialist Requirements:
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Experience in identifying profitable business opportunities and potential clients.
- Ability to maintain strong client relationships and establish industry partnerships.
- Competency in negotiating business deals.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Experience working with Sales CRM
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
