Curenta is a digital healthcare startup that is smoothing long-term care operations, especially medications management and medical consultations. We are an ultra-growth startup, based in California, USA. We are looking for a Remote Pharmacist who should interact successfully and efficiently with patients, prescribers, nurse case managers, and clients, also will be providing MTM services to Curenta patients with the goal of optimizing medication therapy. The remote pharmacist will participate in a variety of MTM services including, but not limited to, Comprehensive Medication Reviews, Targeted Medication Interventions, Adherence Counseling, and Medication Reconciliation Post Discharge. The ideal candidate will be technically brilliant but must also have a true love for helping people solve healthcare problems.

 

Remote Pharmacist Responsibilities: 

  • Communicating with customers to intake prescriptions. 
  • Typing on Curenta systems the orders' requirements
  • Responsible for answering questions about drug interactions, working directly with patients remotely
  • Oversee the accurate entry of prescribed medications into Curenta’s different systems and ensure the orders are filled efficiently.
  • Other duties as assigned or requested.

Remote Pharmacist Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy degree
  • Licensed Pharmacist
  • 1-year of related, long term care experience, is preferred
  • Having performed MTM services is a plus
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with patients and prescribers
  • Must be able to work 20 - 30 hours a week  
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Quickly identify and prioritize issues and requests
