Job Description: Responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational aspects of Curenta's pharmacy services and revenue cycle management (RCM), including operational leadership, customer relationship management, market expansion, team development, and regulatory compliance. Lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and design scalable processes to drive operational excellence, align with the company’s growth strategy, and support Arabic-speaking markets. Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple markets, ensuring smooth delivery of services and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs). Design and implement scalable operational processes to improve efficiency and align with the company’s growth strategy. Lead and optimize billing and revenue cycle management processes to ensure accurate and timely revenue collection. Implement best practices for healthcare billing systems to enhance profitability and compliance with U.S. regulations. Manage and support relationships with Gulf-based clients, ensuring tailored services for Arabic-speaking customers. Act as a liaison between the company and clients in Egypt and the Gulf region, leveraging an in-depth understanding of cultural and market-specific needs. Develop and execute operational strategies for expanding into Arabic-speaking markets, including Egypt and the Gulf region. Recruit, train, and mentor operational staff to align with company goals and cultural values. Build a team that supports Arabic-speaking clients while maintaining operational excellence in the U.S. Translate and localize company policies, procedures, marketing materials, and client-facing services to cater to Arabic-speaking customers in these regions. Ensure compliance with both U.S. and Gulf market regulations to maintain ethical and legal operational practices. Identify and implement opportunities for innovation, operational improvements, and cost reduction across all regions across all regions of operations. Provide consultation and SaaS solutions for RCM, billing, and operational strategies tailored specifically to the needs of Gulf and Middle Eastern clients.
Requirements: Requires Bachelor in Pharmacy, Veterinary, Medicine, Nursing, or similar medical background fields and 7 years of progressive experience in pharmacy operations, including managing compliance, inventory, and medication dispensing using pharmacy management systems and EMR platforms. Must have 3 years of data-driven experience in billing and revenue cycle management, including at least 1 year within the pharmacy industry in the USA, focusing on implementing healthcare billing systems and ensuring compliance with U.S. regulations and at least 2 years with healthcare entities in the Middle East, applying data-driven methodologies and adhering to region-specific compliance requirements. Must have 3 years of experience leading cross-functional teams in a healthcare or pharmacy setting, including managing Arabic-speaking clients or markets. Must have 3 years of hands-on experience with pharmacy management software and EMR platforms (e.g., PioneerRx or similar). Must have 2 years of experience in broader healthcare operations, encompassing aspects like operational strategy and patient engagement. Must have 1 year experience in expanding operations into new markets, with a focus on the Gulf region and Arabic-speaking markets. Must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience with automated dispensing systems, barcode scanners, and compliance tracking tools. Requires extensive domestic travel to our pharmacies in Los Angeles County and Orange County, California. Requires written and spoken fluency in Arabic. Offering an annual salary of $270,000. Must have legal authority to work in U.S. EEOE.
